Five individuals will be selected nationwide to participate in the DB2 Summer Fitness Challenge. In addition to a free set of DB2s, the challenge will include four workouts per week, nutrition coaching, weekly virtual individual coaching, and weekly virtual group meetings.
This challenge will change the way you feel, look, and see health and fitness. We will be targeting weight loss, strength training, and endurance exercises. You will be provided with the help you need to succeed by our certified master personal trainer.
We will educate you on the proper form and technique to maximize exercise results. Each day will feature a unique workout that will cover two major muscle groups and core exercises.

Win This Fitness Program
- Detailed DB2 Workout Programs. You will work out four days a week. For each day, we will provide a unique program.
- Nutritional Guidance. No matter what your special dietary needs are, we will design a nutritional program that will help you succeed in your fitness goals. We will focus on whole foods with high nutritional value – no artificial sweeteners and no processed foods.
- Weekly Individual Virtual Coaching Sessions. Every week you will virtually meet face-to-face with your personal trainer to review your progress, answer your questions and plan your week.
- Weekly Group Virtual Meetings. All participants are encouraged to meet virtually every week using Google Hangouts to share ideas and encouragement.
- Text and Email Access to Master Trainer Blake Wells. Stay in touch with Blake and ask questions. Feeling like you need some extra encouragement to tackle a workout? Blake is never more than a text message away!
